Delivery Timeline

Our total delivery time includes both order handling time and transit time.

Total Delivery Time = Order Handling Time + Transit Time

  • Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days, Monday to Friday, depending on your delivery location.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–11 business days.

Please note that processing or shipping may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand product releases. If there is a major delay, we will notify you by email.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–2 business days.
  • You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s official tracking page. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Order Changes

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

  • Address or product detail change requests must be sent within 6 hours of placing your order. If your request is approved, please allow 1–2 additional business days for processing.

  • If there is any issue with your shipment, our support team is here to help.
  • Missing items: Please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
  • Tracking not working: If your tracking link does not update after 3 business days, please contact us for assistance.
  • Late deliveries: If your order is later than the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 2 business days so we can check with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
