Shipping Time
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Delivery Phases
- Processing Time: Includes order confirmation, assembly, and other pre-shipment processes. The duration can vary based on your location and our processing speed.
- Shipping Time: Starts after processing and depends on the shipping method selected and your destination.
Our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
Delivery times may be extended during peak periods and special promotions.
We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The total delivery timeframe combines both processing and shipping times.

Tracking Your Package
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can check the tracking status on our website.
Allow 5-7 business days for carriers to update tracking information. Contact [email protected] if there are no updates after 10 business days.
Shipping Delays
If your order is not received within 45 calendar days, contact [email protected] for a full refund. We aim to address any issues within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the package, please inspect the delivery area thoroughly. Then, contact the shipping carrier. If the problem continues, email [email protected].
Incorrect Addresses
We cannot ensure delivery to addresses that are incomplete or incorrect. Double-check your shipping details at checkout and notify [email protected] if you notice any errors.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees required by the destination country. Legendjerseys is not responsible for customs fees in cases where: 1) The package is rejected, or 2) Delivery fails after multiple attempts.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without a guaranteed refund.
