Returns and Refunds

At Legendjerseys, we are proud to offer quality jerseys made for real fans. We want you to shop with confidence. If something is not right with your order, we will do our best to help in a clear and fair way.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • You may request an order change or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • After 6 hours, your order may already be in processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation. This means changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • To request a change or cancellation, please email [email protected] with your order number and the details of your request.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. All original tags and packaging must also be included.
  • Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Custom or personalized jerseys, including jerseys with added names or numbers.
  • Gift cards.

How to Start a Return

  • To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • If your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions. A return shipping label will only be provided in eligible cases.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Our responsibility: We will cover the return shipping cost if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our mistake.
  • Customer responsibility: If you are returning an item for personal reasons, such as changing your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We can help with exchanges in the following cases:

  • Defective, damaged, or not-as-described items.
  • Size or color exchange requests, if the item is eligible.
  • Please note that personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process and ship the replacement within 1–3 business days.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
  • Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
