Order Changes & Exchanges

Please carefully review your order details, such as size, design, and quantity, before finalizing your purchase. Due to our policy of fast order processing, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges related to incorrect selections, including item type, size, design, or address.

If you spot a mistake, you have a 6-hour window from the moment of order placement to cancel and correct your order. If you have any questions before placing your order, do not hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Canceling Orders

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. If a cancellation request is made after this time frame, your order may already be in the processing or shipping stages.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Orders past this period will be considered accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • Item arrived damaged or broken
  • Received item differs from the order
  • Size or material is incorrect
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product description does not match the received item

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Items should not have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects should be due to our error
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Minor defects like stray threads are not eligible

Return and Refund Process

Send your refund request and documentation to [email protected]. Our Customer Service team will review and respond within 2-3 business days. Ensure that you have enabled email notifications to receive updates. We will provide specific instructions based on your case. Note: Refunds are only processed after confirmation of eligibility.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. These costs will not be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing Time

After receiving your returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for processing your refund. You will be notified via email when we receive your package, and we will issue a full refund, including original shipping fees.

First, verify your bank account details. Then, contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary. Typically, refunds may take 10-15 days to appear, depending on your card provider.
