Order Changes & Exchanges

Before finalizing your purchase, we kindly ask that you carefully review all the details of your order. This includes the item type, size, design, quantity, and shipping address. Once an order has been placed, we strive to process it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, due to this efficiency, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for mistakes made when selecting the wrong item type, size, design, or shipping address.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you notice an error after placing your order, you have a 6-hour window from the time of your purchase to cancel and reorder with the correct details.

CANCEL AN ORDER

Order Cancellation Time Frame

You have up to 6 hours after placing your order to cancel it. If the cancellation request is made after this period, your order may have already entered the processing or shipping stage, making it too late to cancel.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Time Frame

You are eligible to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. After this 30-day period has passed, we will consider the order accepted, and no refunds or returns will be offered.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

Returns can be made under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged upon arrival.
  • The item arrived broken or shattered.
  • The design received is different from the one ordered.
  • The size of the item differs from the order.
  • The product material is not as described.
  • An incorrect item was delivered.
  • The product description does not match the item received.

Condition of Returned Products

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Must not have any damage unless the defect was caused by us.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Minor defects such as loose threads that can easily be repaired will not be considered valid reasons for a return.

Proof Required for Refund Claims

To process a refund request, the following documentation is required:

  • Proof of shipping (shipping label or receipt).
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Evidence of defective items (photos or videos).
  • Screenshots or emails showing any communication between you and us.

Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund, please send an email to [email protected] along with the required proof. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. Please make sure you have email notifications enabled to stay updated on your request.

Once your case is reviewed, we will provide further instructions tailored to your situation. Please note that refunds will only be issued after we have confirmed via email that your return request is eligible.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will not be included in the refund amount.

Refund Processing Time

After receiving the returned item, please allow us up to 2 business days to process your refund. Once processed, we will notify you via email and initiate a refund that includes any shipping fees you originally paid.

If you’re expecting a refund but haven’t received it yet, follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account for the deposit.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Refunds typically take 10 to 15 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, orders are considered final, and no refunds will be offered.
  • You can return or exchange items within the 30-day window. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for any returned items lost or damaged during transit, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
  • Before initiating a return, please contact our support team. We cannot process returns that don’t meet our guidelines or items that are returned without prior communication.
