At Legendjerseys, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and easy to follow.
Order Changes or Cancellations
- Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing your order.
- After this timeframe, orders may already be in production or processing, and adjustments cannot be guaranteed.
- To request an update, please email [email protected] with your order number and details.
Returns
- Return requests can be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized/custom items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- To initiate a return, contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping:
- We cover return shipping costs only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- For all other return reasons, shipping fees may apply.
- Please note: Returns are primarily accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping-related damage.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items
- Size or color changes (excluding sale items and custom products)
To request an exchange, email [email protected]. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive your return.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take up to 3 business days to appear.
- Partial refunds may be issued if items are returned used, damaged, or without original packaging.
